The printhead is the component that actually forms every dot on a label, and on the Citizen CL-S6621 it prints at 203 dpi across a maximum width of 6 inches (168 mm). Over time, abrasive media, ribbon residue and incorrect cleaning wear the heating elements, which shows up as white vertical lines, broken barcode bars and uneven darkness.

Barcode Vault supplies and fits printheads for Citizen CL-S6621 printers used across India for shipping, retail, pharmacy and healthcare labels. To get the longest life from a new head, clean it regularly with isopropyl alcohol, use good-quality ribbons and labels matched to the head, and avoid running print darkness higher than needed.

Barcode Vault is a sales and service provider for Citizen barcode printers and printheads across India. For the best price call 8527522688 or mail us at gm@indianbarcode.com.
