Role Overview
About Barcode Vault
Barcode Vault is India’s Pride in barcode and RFID technology, label manufacturing, printer distribution, and software development. We serve businesses across India and worldwide with our advanced barcode printers, labels, ribbons, and ERP software.
We are expanding our Sales Division and looking for motivated Sales Executives who can help us reach new clients and grow our market presence.
Responsibilities
Identify new leads and opportunities for barcode printers, labels, ribbons, and software solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers and channel partners.
Present product demos, explain technical features, and prepare quotations.
Coordinate with the technical and service teams for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales records, follow up with clients, and prepare daily reports.
Participate in exhibitions, product promotions, and marketing activities.
Learn about our latest products (TSC, Zebra, Godex printers, RFID materials, and software).
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in barcode, software, printing, or industrial product segments.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of computers and email communication.
Ability to handle B2B customers and present technical solutions confidently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Should be willing to travel for client visits when required.
Basic knowledge of CRM or ERP sales tools will be a plus.
Education
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent).
Technical diploma or additional sales training will be an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
- 💰 Fixed Salary: ₹22,000/month (approx. ₹2.64 LPA)
- 🎯 Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month or more based on targets.
